We are looking for either of the following pub opportunities:
- Wet-led pubs - ideally 70/30 wet/dry split (others considered)
- c250+ barrels
- £6,000+ net sales per week
- To include outdoor space and car parking
- Residential accommodation within the site (no lock up sites)
Ideal wet-led sites
- Prominent street visibility with good frontage
- Suburban, town & major conurbations, c80k population within 3 miles
- Min of 100 covers (c300m2 total GF) with good ceiling height
- External drinking / dining area, ideally to the front of the pub
- Freehold & leasehold considered, subject to planning & licensing
